Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide the best customer service and best value shipping options from Canada to the United States. That means doing everything possible to process your order and send it, insured, from our door to yours… as fast as possible, and always for free.



We offer free shipping on all of your Canada Goose orders. Shipments on orders with fur are sent from Canada and should cross the border to arrive at your doorstep 3-6 business days from the time your order is processed. 

To ensure quick processing times, select the PayPal option during check out.

If your shipping address is outside of a regular delivery area, we will ensure our courier partners get your order to you as fast as possible, for free.



At any time if you wish to exchange the item you purchased we will gladly pay the full shipping cost to do so. No questions, no hassles. Our goal is to make you happy. You will find a pre-paid Exchanges & Returns waybill with your original shipment, which is free to use for 365 days.


All we ask is that all merchandise be returned in its original, unused condition (no tags and/or documents have been removed) and that you include the original invoice number so we can track your order. We suggest that you contact us prior to sending your item for exchange, as this will confirm the availability of the item you want in exchange. It's that easy. We provide this free service only once per original order and bill subsequent exchanges as per standard courier rates. We reserve the right to waive our free return service on follow up orders made by returning customers. 


Should you wish not to exchange your item, we are happy to provide a full refund. Simply fill out the pre-paid Exchanges & Returns waybill that accompanied your order and ship the item back to us in its original, unused, condition (no tags and/or documents have been removed), include the original invoice number and we will send a confirmation email once your account has been credited. We process returns within 7-10 business days of receipt of our original item and issue refunds only in the same form as was utilized for payment.


Given the exclusivity and high-quality of every item within the Canadian Icons collection, we reserve the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. Any goods returned for exchange or refund that are deemed to be used and/or soiled will also be subject to a restocking fee. And, as you might expect, our returns and exchange policy does not cover the highly valuable works of art and/or one-of-a-kind objects within the Canadian Icons collection. These objects are museum-quality artifacts and once they leave us, we can no longer guarantee their efficacy. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the conditions of sale that govern these purchases; in the event that an object has been provided by a private individual, gallery or collector, Canadian Icons will not mediate or accept responsibility for the terms, conditions and/or expectations related to that sale. Interested parties will be directed to the private owners of any of object offered, but not owned by Canadian Icons.


For Canada Goose products, warranty or manufacturing issues must be addressed with Canada Goose as per their policy ( We will not return or exchange Canada Goose products because of warranty/manufacturing defects.

You may cancel or make changes to your order prior to it being shipped from our warehouse. To make any changes, please contact our customer service representatives at or call 1-855-CDN-ICON.



No taxes are charged on any of our US orders.



If the item is not received and is returned to us, you will be responsible for actual shipping and returns fees. We will also contact you immediately upon receiving the package in the event that you would like to correct shipping information and send to a different address. In that case, shipping is free, overnight, subject to our best-in-class service terms above.



• For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.

• All orders are subject to credit card verification, which we require before shipping out products. Please ensure your billing information matches the credit card to avoid delays.

• If you're using an international credit card or have different billing and shipping addresses, please checkout using a verified PayPal account ( 

If orders are deemed to be in contradiction of the spirit of our free shipping policy, we reserve the right to waive this offer. Customers will always be notified in advance before fees are applied.

• Orders placed after 5pm and/or Saturdays or Sundays are processed and shipped next business day.

• Please allow 7 to 15 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

• Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
